Evides takes step toward future-proof digital workplace with Digital Survival Company

Rotterdam, 18 November 2025 – Evides, one of the largest water companies in the Netherlands, has selected Digital Survival Company as its strategic IT partner for the transition and management of the modern digital workplace. This partnership marks an important step in further professionalising the digital work environment within Evides. Over a period of three months, Digital Survival Company will take over management from the current supplier in phases, and the modern workplace will be jointly developed further with Evides into a fully modern, high-security workplace.

Alongside the technical transition, the focus is on process improvement and collaboration. Digital Survival Company is strengthening the Evides team with two service desk employees and is working closely with Evides and other partners. It is also actively contributing to professionalising service desk processes and optimising lifecycle and change management, as well as increasing end-user satisfaction. This supports Evides' goal of being and remaining an attractive employer.

With this partnership, Evides reinforces the foundations for a stable, secure and future-proof digital workplace, in line with the 'Microsoft, unless' principle and Evides' architecture and security frameworks. For Digital Survival Company, this represents a further strengthening of its role as a Modern Service Provider, with a strong focus on quality, knowledge sharing and collaboration within complex enterprise environments.
