Municipalities of Bloemendaal and Heemstede choose Digital Survival Company as strategic partner for managed services

Bloemendaal/Heemstede, 18 May 2025 – The Municipalities of Bloemendaal and Heemstede have each selected Digital Survival Company (DSC) as their strategic partner for the next eight years, following two separate tender procedures. This partnership marks a new phase in the digitalisation of both municipalities, with DSC as the driving force behind modern, future-proof IT services. In the first tender, at the end of summer 2024, DSC was selected for workplace management, the service desk and technical application management. This was followed, in early 2025, by the award for managing and further developing the Azure cloud environment.

With these contracts, DSC strengthens its position as a 'Modern Service Provider' in the public sector, with a clear focus on cloud-native solutions, a high degree of automation and an approach that connects technology with humanity. DSC positions itself as an engaged partner, close to the municipalities, with cloud-native solutions that align seamlessly with their unique needs and ambitions. For DSC, this partnership is a milestone: it marks its first step into the local government market. Building on this solid foundation, DSC aims to further expand its presence in the municipal sector, driven by the ambition to support more municipalities in their digital transformation.
