Woonstad chooses Digital Survival Company as cloud-native partner for cloud and workplace services

Rotterdam, 9 February 2026 – Woonstad Rotterdam has selected Digital Survival Company as its partner for the coming years for the modernisation and management of its cloud and workplace services. In 2025, the decision was made to start a search, which ultimately resulted in the choice of Digital Survival Company as the new partner. With this partnership, Woonstad Rotterdam is taking an important step towards a future-proof and efficient digital environment. This aligns seamlessly with its broader digitalisation ambitions, such as deploying innovative technologies to optimise service delivery to residents and to remain a frontrunner as a housing corporation.

Woonstad Rotterdam is a well-known housing corporation that has been providing well-maintained, sustainable and affordable homes for more than 100 years. More than 100,000 residents of Rotterdam rely on Woonstad. Digital Survival Company delivers cloud-native managed services and works in close collaboration with Woonstad's IT organisation.

During the transition, Digital Survival Company takes over Woonstad's existing environment largely as-is, after which, in the transformation phase, Woonstad's environment is set up cloud-native. This creates a stable, future-oriented platform that enables Woonstad to realise its digital ambitions. Think of digitalising property management, strengthening IT innovations and deploying customer-focused systems for greater resident satisfaction.

The scope of the partnership covers a wide range of services aimed at optimising the IT infrastructure and workplace management. These include the Modern Workplace, the Azure platform and management of the existing datacenter (private cloud). These services form the basis for a robust and scalable digital cloud-native infrastructure that enables Woonstad Rotterdam to achieve its innovation goals.
