Cloud is not a destination. It's where AI works.
Ten years ago, cloud was sold as a cost saving. Today it's the foundation where AI, data and applications come together. Anyone who doesn't treat their cloud as a platform pays for it every day in fragmentation, rising costs and slow AI adoption.
We design landing zones that are production-ready from day one. Governance-as-code, security by design, FinOps built in. Multi-cloud where it's smart, single cloud where it's simpler, sovereign alternatives where you don't want to take risks. All from one baseline that we've rolled out at dozens of enterprise clients and sharpen with every iteration.
Think of municipalities that want to share resident data securely. Water utilities with SCADA systems that can never go down. Health insurers that need to safely answer hundreds of Copilot queries an hour.
Large enough to handle complex multi-cloud and hybrid landscapes. Small enough to know your stack and your team by name. Large enough to deliver, small enough to care.
Our approach
- 1
Landing zone as code
Governance, IAM, network, security and logging are in the first design, not a project bolted on afterwards. We roll them out as code that repeats itself. Every new workload starts on a foundation that's CIS-, BIO2- and NIS2-compliant, without a security team having to review every ticket.
- 2
Multi-cloud, without lock-in.
Not every workload belongs in the same cloud. We design so you make the right choice per workload: Azure for Microsoft integration, AWS where the tooling is, sovereign alternatives for data that belongs there. Portable where it can be, fixed where that's smarter.
- 3
AI-ready foundation.
Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI and Claude only work well once data classification, access rights and governance are right. We switch on AI on a foundation that allows for that. That way AI delivers productivity, not a hidden risk.
- 4
Sovereignty as a design choice.
You don't sell digital sovereignty with fear. Determine soberly, per domain, which level fits. We help make that choice and implement what's defensible: from EU-only regions to trusted clouds to fully local alternatives where that's truly needed.
- 5
FinOps as a property, not an annual project.
Costs are transparent, allocated per team and visible in real time. Every team sees what it's using and where optimisation is possible. That way the bill stays predictable without a consultant having to drop by every quarter.
- 6
You build it, you run it.
The same team that designs the landing zone keeps it running. No handover to a service desk that lacks the context. Instead, the same Survivor who knows why a decision was made, and who adjusts course as reality changes.
- 7
Proven with those who can't afford to stand still.
Municipalities, water utilities, health insurers and retailers where downtime affects a resident, tenant or customer. We design cloud environments as if they were our own infrastructure, because without that quality we wouldn't even get through the door with these clients.
Three results you'll notice within a quarter
Our Cloud Suite
Management, governance and FinOps run on our own MSP cloud tooling. Built by Survivors, for Survivors. Signals arrive within seconds, cost deviations are flagged in real time, and compliance reports are ready the moment the auditor calls.
Real-time signals: From workload status to cost drift, everything visible within seconds.
Governance-as-code: Landing zone policies versioned in Git, reusable per client.
FinOps live: Costs per team, per licence, per workload. No end-of-month surprises.
Compliance at the push of a button: Export CIS, BIO2 and NIS2 reports the moment the auditor calls.

What does Cloud & AI Platforms deliver for you?
Cloud environment
A cloud environment that grows and moves with your organisation, so you don't have to redesign it every time you enter a new growth phase or organisational change.
AI-ready foundation
A secure foundation for AI applications, with security built into every design decision, backed by certifications such as ISO 27001, NEN7510 and ISAE 3402 Type I and II.
Cost control
Control over costs, because resources are aligned with actual usage and optimisation is an ongoing part of management.
Trust
Reliability for mission-critical applications, backed by 24/7 monitoring, proactive management and a team that knows your environment inside out and can act quickly when needed.
Know within 5 working days where your cloud stands
We assess your cloud environment on architecture, costs, security and AI readiness. A concrete report, with an improvement proposal for every finding. No sales pitch.

FAQ
We're already on Azure. What do you do differently?
We first assess your landing zone and governance against our baseline. We often see separate workloads without shared security and cost controls. We put those controls in place with minimal disruption, after which new workloads roll out faster and more securely.
Do you work multi-cloud, or do you advise a single cloud?
We advise based on the workload. Multi-cloud adds complexity, so we only use it where it adds value. For most organisations, a combined approach works best: Azure as the primary platform, AWS for specific tooling, and sovereign alternatives for regulated data.
Can you really deliver sovereign cloud?
Yes, but not as a sales pitch. Together, we determine per domain which sovereignty level (SEAL level) fits and implement what's defensible: from EU-only regions to trusted clouds, to local alternatives and sovereign backups where that's truly needed.
What about cost control?
FinOps is built into our services. Every team sees what it's using and where optimisation is possible. We report in real time instead of a month later, so cost deviations are caught immediately.
Are you suited for compliance requirements (BIO2, NIS2, ISAE 3402, NEN 7510)?
Yes. Our cloud baselines are built around CIS controls and aligned with BIO2 and NIS2. We are ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 Type II and NEN 7510 certified. Audit reports come directly from our own tooling.
