Microsoft 365
Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender: everything employees need is already in the license. Yet most organizations get only a fraction of the value out of it. Access rights too broad, collaboration fragmented, Copilot not yet switched on. The suite is there. What's missing is a proper setup.

What is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft's productivity and collaboration suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive, with Intune, Entra ID and Defender as the management and security layer, fully cloud-based.

The role of Microsoft 365 in your IT landscape
In most IT landscapes, Microsoft 365 plays the role of the everyday workplace: email, collaboration, storage and identity management for the entire organization, usually already present but rarely optimally configured. Access rights that are set too broadly, device management that hasn't been applied consistently, or a data structure that hasn't been prepared, determine not only day-to-day productivity but also how well and how safely a next layer of AI functionality can later function.
Our approach with Microsoft 365
- The core of our M365 services is the DIGITAL365 concept: a cloud-native workplace built on continuously developed building blocks for onboarding, access, device management, backup and security. Think Windows Autopilot for automated laptop rollout, Intune for device management, Entra ID for single sign-on and conditional access, and immutable backups outside Microsoft as protection against ransomware.
- We always start with a review of how employees actually work: which tools they use, where friction occurs, and which processes get in the way of productivity. We configure the environment based on that input. Adoption and training are a standard part of the process, so the new workplace genuinely lands with employees. Management after implementation is proactive and automated, including license management and ongoing optimization.

FAQ
What's the difference between your DIGITAL365 approach and a standard M365 rollout?
A standard M365 rollout sets up the basic applications and activates users. DIGITAL365 goes further: it's a fully thought-through workplace concept with automated onboarding via Autopilot, role-based access, Intune device management, immutable backups and security monitoring as standard. Every building block is continuously developed and kept up to date, so your organization always works with a modern, secure workplace without manual upkeep.
How does a migration of our current email and files to Microsoft 365 work?
We work in phases: first we set up the technical foundation and security layer, then we migrate department by department or user group by user group. Adoption and communication run alongside from the start, so employees are already familiar with the new environment before their migration date arrives. We monitor the migration closely and step in immediately if something goes wrong.
How do you make sure our Microsoft 365 environment is ready for Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot only works well if the underlying environment is in order: correct data classification, tight access rights and clear governance. We carry out a Copilot readiness assessment and resolve structural issues before Copilot is switched on. That prevents Copilot from surfacing information that isn't meant for all users.
